PGIM’s ESG Investment Policy Statement outlines the common environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) investing philosophy of PGIM’s investment management businesses. It sets out our views and general approach with respect to the incorporation of ESG factors, including risks, opportunities and impacts into our investment process and investment strategies and also sets out our approach to active stewardship, including engagement and proxy voting; climate, including how we support clients with specific decarbonization goals; as well as the governance, oversight and transparency of our ESG activities.
